Oh, Lydia

As I was relaxing in the courtyard, I overheard a conversation between Lizzie and our father in the other room. They were talking about how Lydia had a invitation to go to Brighton over the summer with Mrs. Forster. Knowing Lydia, she can be a very out-going, flirty girl, a lot like Mrs. Forster. Elizabeth thought the trip would be a bad idea because she could be a bad influence on Lydia, with her irresponsible ways. On the other hand, Father thinks differently because he thinks she deserves just to have fun. Although, I agree with Lizzie because I can't imagine how crazy things might get on that trip. I just feel sorry for Kitty, as she was not invited and feels very envious of her sister.
