The Letter From Lizzie
Today as I was outside enjoying a cup of tea, I got a letter from Lizzie which explained everything she has recently learned from a conversation with Darcy's cousin, Fitzwilliam. It read, "Dear Jane, I recently found the agent of your unhappiness for the last couple of weeks. After a long conversation with Fitzwilliam, he told me that Darcy was the one who sabotaged your romance with Bingley. You don't understand how discustingly angry this made me feel, how could a man be any more rude and prideful? If I know more infortmation soon as to why and how he did this, I promise I will write to you as soon as possible. I am so sorry my dear sister. -Elizabeth" With this letter in hand, I could not help but freeze in shock. With so many thoughts going through my head, I realized my poor sister is boiling inside with anger. I wish Elizabeth does not get into too much conflict with Mr.Darcy, for the sake of the whole family.

Awful, is it not? I truly am sorry, and I am boiling inside with anger! Believe it or not, I do have more information, which I hope to let you know about in my next letter to you, or as soon as I see you, for the heart-breaker himself told me the details. I am even more disgusted, for he has admitted to it, and he is proud of his "achievements." Can you believe him? I have been trying not to conflict with him too much, but let me tell you dear sister the wrong buttons are being pushed. I hope you are doing well, take care sister.
ReplyDeleteJane,
ReplyDeleteI have recently gave Lizzy a letter expressing ho I admit to this. I know the me breaking your romance with Bingley is harsh but it is not all that bad. At least I did this before you were truly attached to him. I know you are hurt, but heartbreak is far more severe. I do not wish Mr. Bingley involves himself in your family's lack of wealth. I know you will understand.
Darcy.
