The Letter form Mr. Gardiner

Today a letter has been recieved from Mr. Gardiner and what splendid news it told. Both Lydia and Wickham have been found! They are not married yet but they will be as Mr. Bennet will pay Wickham a small amount every year for his debts. My father thinks that Mr. Gardiner has payed for most of it, which is the most unecessary thing of him to do! He is such a good uncle, he shouldn't have to pay for Lydia's mistakes. Although I am very happy that finding them and knowing that they will be married has put an ease and excitment to my mother. They must be married, for our reputation would be very misfortunate to others.
